The app is trash fr like I can’t finish a transaction on the app without it freezing up. Sometimes I just open the app and it takes forever to start working, it’s so annoying asf. I have to close the app two to three times before it works at all even after that it will freeze up once every five minutes 😡 why???????. It wasn’t like this before I had the update, if I had known I would have just ignored the upgrade message you guys kept bugging me with on the app. I always enjoyed the app until the recent update. Do something about it please, I’ll just try to do away with all my fundz for now cause I feel like maybe you guys are going down soon or something. Good luck 🤞.

ASSET LOST
I reinstalled the app and input my pass-phrase but I couldn’t get my money back , it’s as if am using a new account, no transaction history, the address are all different and asset is lost ,why ??? I want my money back , I don’t experience such with other exchanges, once I input passphrase all info comes back , why is yours different ???? Am so angry . I wanted to verify my claims so I made a screenshot , deleted the app and reinstalled again, once again I put the passphrase and all information are once again for the third time different ???? I want my assets please . This is annoying
