Bitso has been very nice to operate but lately I can’t seem to understand anymore, bought Bitcoin worth $100 and Bitso charged me $90 without knowing and I received $10, try with another wallet and received just $4 out of $100 making it total of $14 received from $200… so Bitso charged me $186 out of $200, I don’t longer understand, give a 3 star because it easy and nice to operate but if this continues even a zero star isn’t worth it and not safe for us using your app
Withdraw
I’m made a withdraw of about $43 dollars and suddenly I receive a transfer of $16 dollars which is a network fee now where is my $43 dollars,this is really driving mad

Bitso has been good to me until may 19 that’s when I stopped using them because I sent coins from my wallet to an external wallet since may 19 up till now it’s still showing pending I don’t think I’ll ever use Bitso again and pls try to reverse my coins back or fix the problem,you don’t deserve a star for this
