Trouble with blockchain account

Why is your app so frustrating? It been 4 days now since I send coin to 2 different wallet and up till date it still on pending , what the heck is going on with your app, must always frustrate your app users , This is the 2nd time in a space of two weeks after my first experience, the other time I lost my 500 to your app, now my transaction is on pending for day’s meanwhile who o transferred can no longer have patience for me , this is the issue you need to resolve immediately

Pending wallet verification

Please I write to complain my bad experiences with blockchain for the past few weeks. Honestly, that was my first time I tried blockchain like I’m a new user. I opened my wallet weeks ago and provided all the necessary information required to setup my wallet and it was a successful one but the major problem is been in the verification aspect
I surpassed the silver level verification but the gold level verification had become a real challenge. So I don’t know what next to do because I’ve sent my real details in form of taking shot of my ID (front and back side) and also a selfie of my face but despite these clarity in my identity the verification status is still in review and takes too long more than I expected.

I’ve contacted the official support team numerous time along laying all my complaints attached with screenshot of the problem encountered but nothing seems to be done about it. The only feedback they gave is sending me ticket number and saying “your concerns will be reviewed by our support team as soon as possible

Wrong balance figure display

My experience so far has been had. I had my account logged in to two of my phone’s, why on earth will the both of them be saying my different figures. Ok, that aside. The $900 i paid to be funded as Bitcoin to my wallet was showing “funds in coming” on my first phone, and then on my other phone on my actives list at the top I saw that my funds as reflected 5/5 while on the other phone it was conferred 1/5. At the long run the both got confirmed. Then I check to check if the Bitcoin has added up to my previous ones but no it hasn’t. I didn’t panic at that time cause I was thinking it was gonna add up eventually. Then at last week I bought $1k Bitcoin to add up cause btc got now at the time. Well guess what!? It was also the same thing, it showed Bitcoin already sent but it didn’t add. Right now ion know what to do at the moment. I need help
