Your app is trash, it job is to air drop not collect and transfer files via Bluetooth
Rename your app. Call it easy air drop instead of deceiving iPhone users who are in need of Bluetooth to transfer files to their laptop.
My sincere rating
This product though good, I now realized why friends advised me against buying it. Yours is such a closed system for instance, all other devices which interconnect freely via Bluetooth cannot connect with this device. I am in a desperate situation right now but your device would not work with other devices except iproducts which I do not have here. I regret buying your product. I feel like throwing this in a thrash can.

This is just total waste of time and internet… doesn’t work at all.. wish I could give zero star
