rate taxify very low as to compare to Uber! They constantly charge u money that’s sometimes above what u used or they just take money from ur accounts for just no reasons! For a person that doesn’t check my accounts often, they did this to me for a while before I noticed! When I contested it, they refunded some back to me! But I don’t want them having my bank details cos they are scammers really! I’m afraid giving taxify my credit card details cos they may charge any amount from it! ridiculous but they are that bad in my opinion! Their drivers are also rude and annoying cos they always call you on phone to ask you “where you are and where you are going?” And if you tell him, sometimes he will tell u to cancel and book another one he’s not going! Some will negotiate for cash payment instead of cards and they ask u to cancel the booking while they take u there off their system! Pathetic!!!

My item was stolen

I sent a bolt driver to deliver an item so the people of the estate or the security men said the person Iam ordering to has to call them and tell them so I called the person but the person wasted a bit of time next thing I knew the driver cancelled and left the things I gave him in his car I called him he said that he can only go back there if there’s an order near by now the next morning I’ve called him 25 times he’s not picking
Now why do you employ illiterate people to drive I don’t understand the kind of impatient, nonchalant, arrogant, rude, and selfish act is that now up till now it’s afternoon of the next day he’s still not picking I contacted the support since yesterday they said they’ll get back shortly till now …nothing please if you read this please take precautions because i don’t know how a bolt driver has the power to end a trip and run away with my items and the support center is sooo poor I can’t even express the anger I have I really liked this app because it was cheaper than Uber now this has happened I will tell all my friends to take repercussions or even delete the app completely if something isn’t done under 2 hours

Bad behavior of bolt driver in uyo

Please I think bolt should look into uyo in Nigeria drivers is too much how can a drivers in uyo be bargaining price more than what bolt is putting on the app and this is so bad and distance and the price are okay imagine bolt asking how much is there in the app u say 2500 the driver will tell u his money is 5000 have never encountered this in any drivers in other state but uyo own is terrible what the essence of the price In the bolt the management need to look into this or u guys stop putting price let know we are picking a common taxi on the road what is all this nonsense even Nigeria is bad but the are some certain things the should be rules and regulations I pick a bolt last night around 8:pm from church to my house the app said 1300 naira when he end the ride I saw 1300 on the app as well I did transfer for him getting home he send me messages saying God will punish him for paying him
That amount I was confuse like what my offense before my sister I came to visit told me that’s how uyo bolt behave that’s why she don’t like booking them at times it bad please if uyo management can look into this let them take the price out the app is useless
