The Carbondale application makes reporting non-emergency issues easier than ever. The Carbondale app is a quick way for the residents of Carbondale, Illinois to report non-emergency issues throughout the City and community. The Carbondale app allows residents to report issues using their smart phone or tablet instantly when they discover them. Residents can take a photo of the issue and send it along with their report. The location of the issue is also sent by using the GPS capabilities of their device or by manually entering an address.
