I had an issues with them once and trust me the customers service handled it accurately without delay unlike htx contemporal exchange that held my $100 for 2 months now and the can’t even validate transactions that was right underneath their nose

This guys are unreal,firstly I deposited some usdt there wanted to sell. it went on to show unverified while knowing my acct was actually verified. And I couldn’t see my funds again for more than 2 weeks. Please don’t use this app as they will steal your money. I beg of you!! They don’t even deserve a one star

If you cannot see your asset, please try to log out from your account and re-login on your mobile App.
If the problem persists, please try the following steps.
(1) Reboot the App after switching the network from 4G to WIFI back and forth.
(2) Reboot the App after exiting all the programs running in the background.
(3) Reboot the App after restarting the phone in the airplane mode.
(4) Download and update your APP to the latest version and give it another try.
