Technical issues
After downloading and signing in into your account, a white page pops up on the screen and will just stay like that permanently or after closing the app and re-open it, it takes time too load. Our university application date is approaching, please fix this before it’s too late. The website is not excluded, the application page is blank. This is really frustrating!!! 😡😖😠
Bad service
This app has been malfunctioning for the past two weeks now and it’s really annoying. I even tried using the website but it’s also bad. Please try fixing this as soon as possible because the school I’m supposed to apply to has an approaching deadline.
