I deposited money from my bank to crypto with my card, it’s has been showing pending, but the money has been removed from my bank account, I have waited for 9 days now, each time I try to transfer it kept saying submission error you’re not permitted to perform the current transaction due to pending funds or outstanding balance in your account. This is so annoying that I can’t purchase what I want. Fix this please on your app or platform. Thanks

Too many forced update
Why do your apps always asking for updates?
And you won’t even be able to open the app’s until the update is done.

Customer service is the worst.
Definitely a poor use of AI. Signed up months ago and still my account hasn’t been verified successfully.
Tried reaching out to customer service 3 times and realized it’s the same pre-generated automated response, with no actual solution to the problem.
I keep getting emails to verify my phone number, but when I attempt to, instead of received an otp I get a message saying I cannot access the app, please contact customer support. Hence, back to square 1. It’s ridiculous honestly.
