Customer service is the worst.
Definitely a poor use of AI. Signed up months ago and still my account hasn’t been verified successfully.
Tried reaching out to customer service 3 times and realized it’s the same pre-generated automated response, with no actual solution to the problem.
I keep getting emails to verify my phone number, but when I attempt to, instead of received an otp I get a message saying I cannot access the app, please contact customer support. Hence, back to square 1. It’s ridiculous honestly.
Extremely hard to verify
It takes a decade for ones identity to be verified, I also have a little suggestion for you. In Nigeria we are not given a plastic ID card as our permanent national identity card, instead we are given a permanent slip called NIN slip with a unique number for each of the card. Help include NIN as amongst the verification options for Nigerians, please
