The app is ok I have been using it for a year now
But I made payment to my wallet since yesterday but didn’t show on my dashboard
How can I get access to your customer care please
Not up to expectations recently
This app was very but recently am left stranded regularly and unable to provide customers much satisfaction. I login and see a blank white screen like a white board, sometimes for the whole day. Or deposits don’t reflect, previously it was with Opay where my money was stuck on air for days. Now it’s blank screen and lost of nonsense. I think it’s high time I look for another app since you’re not taking care of this one again.
Best but need to improve
Best app I have come across online I give you that credit for been among the best, but your network issue is giving me though time and I’m not liking it
