Unreliable
Your customer support never wokrs, never responds to Emails, never refunds money for failed food delivery.
Requested an order and I didn’t get my food but I’ve been debited, it keeps happening what kind of thing is this, why would someone carry another persons food sometimes the food is left there unsupervised on the floor of the hostel. Then what’s the essence of the whole application. Now I can’t get a refund for my money. Rubbish

It’s a good app and the purpose of it is good
But god you have to actually change Some of your delivery men only like one know

Have been out for approximately 25 mins waiting for my food which my courier said is here and it didn’t arrive
Plus the food takes like 1.5hours before the food actually arrive
