Why is my account locked and why do you want to disable my account?
Well, I rate your service, you are doing well. But why do you want to disable my account when it’s one of your agents that mistakenly submitted a ticket on my account when I didn’t even complain on my account? I have chatted with some of your agents and they told me to wait patiently for relevant teams update. Do not disable my account, as I have no issue on the account and the account was working fine before your agent negligence palaver. Don’t disable my account and unlock my account.. THANKS.

Won’t open
Been try to open the live account to trade but it’s keeps saying that it’s down due to maintenance
It’s stupid how I have been shut out of like this
