How to get the Diamond Mobile App
1. Download and install the Diamond Mobile App
2. Open the App and select ‘Register’
3. Accept the Terms and Conditions
4. Register on the App by following the 3 short steps below:
• Enter your diamond online user ID or 16-Digit debit card number and any of your account numbers. A 4-digit registration code will be generated and sent to your registered phone number as an SMS (if you used the debit card number, you user Id will also be sent in the same SMS)
• Enter the diamond online user ID and/or registration code and select submit
• Choose a password – not less than 6 characters and reconfirm it; choose a 4-digit PIN for transactions, reconfirm the PIN and select confirm
Once you have successfully completed this process, you now have access to all the features on the platform.

Dear maintenance ,my mobile app has been malfunctioning for the past weeks now,I have deleted the app several times and re-downloaded it again but it refuse to open or even load...what's happening??
Great bank app
I love that I can save bank account numbers and phones numbers for transfers and credit purchases. I like the lifestyle option where you get to buy flight or movie tickets as well. The app runs great.
Recently however, after I make a transfer, my app shows the old Balance and won't refresh until I log out and log in again. My second major issue is the esusu app which I love- I can't modify or close/archive the savings plan.
App having issues and no app update yet
It’s no longer news that DiamondBank is now Access Bank. But the mobile app still holds the old name indicating it’s not always updated.
Please effect the changes because my mobile app is malfunctioning
