Definitely recommending
The whole process was seamless, although I had a few problems along the line, but the customer service was so prompt in letting me know what was going on, very straightforward. Great app!!
Location error
I’ve had to delete the app twice on my iPhone because the when it comes to login, I get error message, when I switch to sign up, I get error messages on the location.
I have enabled location on my phone, switched multiple options for location but still I get error message.
The best thing for the app developers would have done is giving room for individual location setup manually. Integrating the option of choosing location does not work, and it might the reason for customer’s abandoning the app.
The Good this app did for me
So Water got stuck in my ears and I was in pain, so I had to use this app recommended by a friend. And I got some advice and proscription on what to do till I was healed. The word I will say is that God bless all BRAINS behind this app.
