Games & Survey
I have downloaded several games and spent lot of time playing them only to discover that my points are not recorded and when I visit the playtimeweb, the game is longer in the catalog and not added to my games, same thing implies to the bitlabs games and offer, you play for long and can’t even find any progress in it cause nothing reflects to my ember funds
Sometimes I get games that don’t ask for tracking and I thought maybe it’s automatic since my app tracking is turn on and still get nothing… this is annoying and time wasting because I know how far long gone it has taken me to realize this cheating.
At the moment I only have one(1) game that I successfully installed and won the points according while the rest I have played to level 20 or higher and nothing to show for it, I even tried reaching out to adjoe support only to get an error… it feels like the bigger the points to earn from a game the more of a cheat it is and game or survey with few points, one can easily access them.
Then for the survey, it asks me questions and I give answers for almost 5mins and next thing I get a sorry no more surveys and that’s it, no points for the answered questions or at least be informed that the survey isn’t in my region earlier before allowing me answer questions and stop me halfway. I feel cheated with all this going on.
Am unable to start my miner 😭
Have been using ember without having issues buh suddenly my miner stopped which am very sad about have not experienced this before and the customer service are not doing anything 😭😭😭😭😭
