Awesome app, improvement needed anyways.

Scribd has helped me consume more books than I have ever done under a year in my life and it’s my go-to app now. However, I am not satisfied with my downloads history being cleared for whatever reason, it’s frustrating and data consuming downloading same books all the time. I should have my books all downloaded left in my downloads and I can access it all the times as long as my subscription is renewed whether immediately or later on. You guys need to work on this, thank you.

Our reading history is set to automatically clear after a few months, however, we understand many of our customers would like it to be comprehensive and we will absolutely provide your feedback to our engineering department. We hope to have everything our customers are looking for available soon.

Disappointed

The last question I raised wasn’t responded to and for that I am suffering the same issues I complained about. I have noticed that books are made unavailable after some days, the same books that were previously available. I have gone as far as downloading a few books so they are available when you decide to make them unavailable. Regardless of this , the books are not found in my downloads. Please understand that you have users in various countries and data is not as cheap or accessible. Wasting gigabytes of data on downloaded books, only to have you remove them till the following month makes no sense . I am tired of complaining, I am getting disappointed and would not be renewing my membership after so many years of using the scribd App. Kindly look into this as I am at my wits end. Thank you If anyone can suggest alternative apps that are similar to scrib pls comment below

Our library rotates as you read, so it is expected that some titles may go temporarily unavailable from time to time as you read and complete other books. My downloaded books vanished

I have been enjoying the app but I resisted that the last time I renewed membership I downloaded a lot of books on the device but now that I have checked since I updated the app all the downloaded books are no more downloaded, they’re only saved. Please how can this be fixed cause the reason why I renewed was to download almost a 100 books so I can consume them offline before I renew again but now they’re all not downloaded.
