Aplikasi ezAdu telah dibangunkan di bawah inisiatif Kementerian Perdagangan Dalam Negeri dan Kos Sara Hidup (KPDN) untuk membolehkan pengguna membuat sebarang aduan hanya dengan penggunaan telefon pintar dengan mudah tanpa perlu hadir ke Pejabat KPDN yang berdekatan. Pengguna boleh membuat aduan dengan 4 langkah yang mudah iaitu dengan memasukkan butiran aduan, pengisian laporan aduan dan seterusnya menandakan lokasi aduan beserta gambar sebagai bukti. Pengguna juga boleh menyemak status aduan dan tindakan yang diambil oleh pihak KPDN terhadap aduan tersebut.
