This app is so poor and doesn’t work. I have been trying to get this app to work all through the year to no avail up till date. When you go to the branch, they keep telling you maybe it’s the network yet you can do other things with the same network. The bank’s staff themselves are clueless on how to about it. It’s really a shame for a Tier 1 bank like First bank to develop such a poor app like this when even smaller tier 2 banks have functional apps.

I have been unable to use my first token app for weeks now even when I visited the bank they told me it was some network issue and didn’t provide any additional service even now weeks later it’s still not working and it’s posing a very big inconvenience for me I can’t transfer money with my first bank mobile App anymore this is just annoying and should be fixed immediately

First bank should be able to do better. Downloaded the app for a time-bound transaction. It keeps saying “error activating, contact your bank”. Spoke with customer care, they said it’s my network. But I’m doing other things with this network. I even switched network, yet the same exact thing! This app is useless. Simple.

It’s always wonderful working with first this cute first token app. I’m really glad for having an app like this in my phone . Because you got no Issues when it comes to transaction of money above 500 houndred

The First token app never seems to work… it just like and app which doesn’t undergo any method of authorization, seems like the First token app was made by a graphic designer

Very annoying application as it does not work with iOS. And first bank has the effrontery to say there is nothing they can do about it. This is already the 6th month of trying to activate this garbage. First bank should get a better app or lash on to other functioning authentication apps like DUO.
