Football Club Management 23, is a football club management game written and developed by real football coaches and managers to give players a realistic day-to-day club management experience, that's full of depth yet quick to play.
This is the only game available that allows you to become a director of a football club or for you to take over and manage a club as the chairman.

Coin and Match lost alarming
I think the coin should be increased to 50 as at when it was in 21 and 22 finally with a squad depth of 88% rating you still loose to lesser teams if it was once fine but twice or even 3 times in a row The game is fun but at the start of the season you loose the league cup then second season even after spending coin to make your players ready to go they loose 3 in a row to loose the league and even champions league final. Waiting for the 2024 update and i hope it will be better
General Issues
I’ve been playing this game since CSD2019 now and it’s been getting better but it’s starting to seem like the game engine is out to get the players.
- Every month there’s always disagreements between a player and the manager. No matter how we choose to resolve this disagreement it ends with both parties being unhappy while this may be a realistic system there is no reason it should be occurring every month and there is no reason that it should always leave both parties unhappy because an unhappy manager makes winning games extremely difficult and an unhappy player will refuse to renew his contract.
- Another issue I noticed is the “Other operating costs” section of the Profit/Loss page. The issue here is that the value of the other operating costs are always uniform unless there is a large sum of incoming money. So if let’s say it’s usually between £50,000 to £75,000 if I raise finances worth £1,000,000 the operating costs increase to £250,000 which makes no sense to me.
There are a few other issues but these ones make the game difficult in the sense that players and managers are always at each other’s throats and sufficient profits can’t be made to keep a created club afloat for long enough.

The game is a really good game but why will you create one of the best teams in the league and you still lose to lesser teams 3-4 times in a row and end up losing the league if shouldn’t be so coaches and players have dispute and when the coaches are not happy you won’t get great result and players won’t sign contracts is frustrating
I just hope 24 won’t be the same as this
