Description
GarageOps is an order management app. It provides a central location for staff across Garage to place and manage orders on behalf of our retail partners.
Garage Associates can create an account using their Garage email and password
GarageOps helps you:
1.) Place an order: you can place an order on behalf of any retailer on our platform in just a few clicks
2.) Track order status: you can track the status of all orders from the time an order is placed to when it is delivered
3.) Manage fulfillment: fulfilment Associates can create batches as well as update order status
4.) Driver management: drivers can receive assigned deliveries and routes and chat in real time with their fleet manager
5.) Issue management: you can report issues with an order and track resolution of every issue
