Privacy
We know the things that you type on your phone are personal, so we’ve designed Gboard to keep your private information private.
What Gboard sends to Google:
• Gboard sends your searches to Google’s web servers to give you search results.
• Gboard also sends usage statistics to Google to let us know which features are used most often and to help us understand problems if the app crashes.
• If you use Gboard’s microphone, voice input will be sent to Google for transcription.
What Gboard doesn’t send to Google:
• Other than your searches and voice inputs, Gboard doesn't send anything you type to Google, whether it’s a password or chat with a friend.
• To help you with spelling and to predict searches you might be interested in, Gboard will store the words you type on your device. This data is not accessible by Google or by any apps, and can be cleared at any time.
• If you’ve turned on contacts search in Gboard search settings, this allows Gboard to search the contacts on your device so that you can easily share. None of these queries is sent to Google.

Sticker and Gif search not working
Hey! I am a Gboard fanatic. Love it so much. I recently just switched back to using an iPhone XR, and I discovered that the search function for stickers and gifs isn't working properly. When I tap on the emoji icon it changes to another keyboard or it opens and before it even shows anything it returns back to the normal keyboard. Please solve this problem or tell me what to do. Thanks!
Pinning copied things
Please I'm a lover of GBoard. I recently switched to iPhone and I noticed that there are features that are not here. Through my observation, they are 1. I can't pin copied things on the keyboard. 2. I can't set a second function for the keys to give me punctuation mark and symbols on long press. 3. I can't set the number row to stand alone Thank you in advance as it's been added to the settings and functions
My rating
Totally the best keyboard app for me,it's so customizable and I love the diction adding part ,the auto correct is not as ruthless as the iphones keyboard and that is very very cool,also it suggests your day to day slangs. Only problem is after is use it for a long while, the text symbol moves away from it's position to the front of a text and it's frustrating sometimes. Id be glad if the bug was fixed
