Glo Caf‪é‬ 4+

This app works very fine when it is newly downloaded, but after some time, it will no longer login, I have been trying to login mine for the past days and it keep showing connecting till eternity and not longing ins I deleted it and reinstalled it, and yet is the same problem. Glo you are more than this, fix this

I downloaded it and tried to log in. They sent an otp to me and I imputed it, it wasn’t working. It kept sending me invalid otp and some stupid other notifications. I tried that thing like 3 times, still the same thing. When I tried it the fourth time, they told me my number has been blocked for trying it to many times. Like tf? Unprovoked o? I now decided to use my second number, I tried logging in and it was telling me it’s not a glo number. Believe me, I checked more than once if I wrote the number correctly. You people are not normal at all, like something is wrong with you. It’s not by force to make an app if you know you can’t make it work. Like why tf does the app exist if it’s not even working? For decoration on the App Store?

I had to come here to rate this app because it is a disaster. You guys should just fire your developers already the app is not even accepting my phone number because your developer did not have enough sense to know that the syntax displayed for the user is not what should be sent to the computer. It took me a minute to figure out that the app was accepting only the 9 digit syntax that was displayed as an example of how to input your number. This is just too simple to make a mistake with.
