All I want to say is, this is a great app, the support system is amazing, they’re accurate. I would advice you don’t put your money in this banking app, they actually debit your account without leaving a trace of the debit, you can check their Twitter page for reviews, I personally wanted to lay a complaint there but the number of people demanding for their money is quite outrageous, you can confirm for yourself by just reading the comments under any of their tweets.Banking here is at your risk you won’t get your money back.Their app customer service chat section actually doesn’t load after a week, max two after initiating a conversation with their agent about your complaints and your complaint won’t be resolved but you would get an email telling you your complaint has been resolved.

All what they are saying is a lie.. They scammed me of 51,800k and I talked to the customer service and they where telling me that they are working on it to resolve the issue.. Is a lie.. Beware of Go money.. Na scammers.. They are thief.. A stupid app that I never see in my life. Scammers... This is unfair... Beware of Go money.. Don't try to pick their cards.. I’m giving this app ONE star! It actually deserves NOTHING! What exactly is the point of downloading an app that I am unable to make use of? It has been about 22 hours since I downloaded the app and as I am typing this review I still haven’t been able to even CREATE and account. The first stage in creating the account is to fill in your phone number, after that an OTP will be sent to confirm that the number is actually yours. I do not over exaggerate when I say that I have tried about 30 times and NO OTP was sent. I deleted and reinstalled the app yet NOTHING! Decided to reach out to their customer care line by writing an email NOTHING! I DO NOT! Recommend this app for anyone. It is a complete waste.

Hello. We're sorry to hear about your frustrations with receiving the OTP text messages. Our service provider experienced a downtime at this period which affected SMS deliveries for OTP verification. We have since then gotten more SMS delivery providers for a more efficient service. Our sincere apologies one more.
