You can check your account balance, transfer funds to your other accounts and third party accounts within and outside Heritage Bank anytime, every day. In addition, the App gives you access to pay bills in Nigeria for services from the comfort of your home or office. Such billers are – Electricity Distribution Companies, GSM Mobile operators, DSTV, GOTV etc.

App not fulfilling its purpose
This app is not fulfilling its purpose. How do you have an app that won’t allow you sign in on numerous occasions and no single communication to their customers? When it’s working, it seems to be working fine but for months now, app is frustrating and no one can explain what is happening or provide a fix
Unreliable service
Heritage bank needs to fire their entire software development team, such a useless app. You cannot transfer money or even sign in. I have been having this issue going to two months. So if I need money I’d have to go over the counter ? My God
