Herculean task to get a refund
I’m giving them a one star because apparently it takes the intervention of the gods to get a refund of your own money. Not only will they force you to open a HF account to get your money back, they will frustrate the account verification process. I don’t understand why I should be forced to open an account before I am refunded my own money, this is criminal.

Worst Broker
This is the worst broker to use, don’t ever make that mistake else they change.
Poor customer service, if you have a problem no one will attend to you.
