Dear HiCredit Customer Service, I am writing to bring to your attention an unauthorized loan transaction on my account. On January 3, 2024, I applied for a ₦5,000 loan from HiCredit1, which was to be repaid on January 10. However, on January 9, I received a call from HiCredit2 stating that I had also borrowed ₦5,000 from them. Upon investigating, I discovered a ₦5,000 credit in my bank account on January 4, which I did not authorize. I have since returned the ₦5,000 to HiCredit2, as I believe it was an error on your system. I kindly request that you investigate this matter and rectify any errors. I would appreciate it if you could also update your records to reflect that I do not have any outstanding charges. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. Sincerely,

You are just taking broke people’s advantage to win more. Truth must be told, you are taking so much from us than what you giving. We know it’s your money but one day, you will die and left with no money but the kind of things you’ve done to people in return of the whole lot of percentage you took. It’s not your fault but you are not part of the people that actually want this country to be better. You enjoyed the way it’s going cos it attracts average people who are not opportunists to put things for themselves, you use their money to elevate yours and which is going to eventually ruined your entire existence. I have regretted I borrowed or ever taken loan from your so called app. Cos, you need to tell people how on earth you will borrowed me 10k and you want to take it back in less than 7 days and still expect 4,500 of interest. You severely mad in your brain for being this so daft and comma in your entire existence generation. If not, you too have a good thought about it? Are you crazy? Do you think people are actually living so well that they can afford this and you actually want them to keep using your stupid so called rituals loan app? You among the shallow, selfish and ingrates Nigerians are worshipping. And , by the grace of Allah, if you keep being the burden to Nigerian then you shall never go far with your plan and strategies of duping Nigerians. No wonder people don’t bother to refund back whenever they took loans. Knowing that the so called sponsorship of the app is daft of ripping off people all their money. Ole bu ru ku!

Yes, they will drain your bloodI took a loan of 10,000 they added 4,500 as the interest as against what was stated on the app at the time of taking the loan. 2 days to the payday I had received almost 10 sms reminding me to pay early no problem, very early on the due date their agent started calling hurling insulting words,then they sent almost 15 sms. I told the agent I was aware cuz I’ve tried paying but It wasn’t reflecting but she didn’t stop. Only for the next day these people added 1,300 as the accrued interest, just one day o they added a whole 1,300 can you imagine.If not that our system in this country doesn’t work you guys have no reason to operate and treat people this way.Your interest are not only outrageous, your customer service is bad. If people are these buoyant will they even have reasons to borrow in the first place,but you guys couldn’t care less cuz a beggar doesn’t have a choice naw. It is well.No matter how broke or stranded you are..think twice before taking this loan

I took a 5,000 loan from hicredit to pay back 7k, the money was disbursed to my bank account and to be sincere I didn’t use the money because I was having issues with my bank and I needed the money urgent. The money became waste because I couldn’t access my account. This people started calling me a day after I collected the loan, saying I have a loan to repay, they still called a day before the due date, I told them I’m aware of the payment. On the very due day this people woke me up from sleep and started insulting me to pay my loan, I told the woman I just woke up From sleep that it’s too early and I know I will pay the money. This woman insulted me and my family with anger I paid the loan, and this people went ahead messaging me on WhatsApp that I haven’t repaid my loan. They think they have werey I showed them that my werey is more. Imagine after paying, they started calling and sending text to borrow from them again after all the insults. You guys needs to do better for real
