I couldn’t accept people that sent me a request

I kept trying to accept people that sent me request and the app keep telling me an error occurred

Hello Jamzeey Jay, If a user sent you a friend request and you approved it, your social information will be sent to him. His social information will not be added to your account. For any other questions, you are welcome to get in touch with our support team from the app and they will be happy to assist :)

Hoop is a very good app and it enable you to make new friends from different countries and I don’t have problems with the app except that sometimes wen my friend request gets accepted by someone and I trying adding them on Snapchat it mostly says an error occurred, can u try fixing that pls 😊

Why is the app not loading its doing somehow since three days or would I say something wrong with my phone because have deleted the hoop and downloaded it against but still same thing I open another account but still same thing what’s going on??
