The user experience has significantly improved. Kudos to you guys, well done.
Redemption taking forever
I successfully invested my funds but when the time for redemption came, it took about a week against the 24hours redemption promised. They didn't even recognise there was a glitch till I sent mails and did several follow ups. I'm disappointed by their service! Imagine if the funds were needed for an emergency? Just terrible!
