Provide Bitcoin withdrawal process
Nigerians are having trouble withdrawing from the IQ option broker, please provide bitcoin withdrawal process for us, as the E wallet verification is quite hard for us to verify and we can’t withdraw our money

Very bad
When I wanted to deposit you didn’t ask me to verify my bank card, you gladly took my money. Why are you now asking to verify it now that I want to take my profit? Besides I want to withdraw money your app says I can withdraw only 69 cents and I have over 9 dollars. I even tried to withdraw the 69 cents, they said I can’t withdraw that amount so what do I do to get my money off this app please. My friends saw that I’m making profits and they want to use this platform too but I had to ask them not to because when they can’t withdraw their money they’ll come to me so I have to find a way to get mine before advising anyone to use your app. I’ll be waiting for your response.

Hello, bank card verification is mandatory on the platform, this is to ensure safety and security and that traders do not use someone else's bank cards.
If you deposit through bank card, you can withdraw up to the same amount back to the same bank card, more than that can be withdrawn to an ewallet or other available options. For further assistance, you can contact our support team and they will assist you.
