No English subtitles
Most of the series on the app are not subtitled so it’s really difficult to comprehend what they say especially if you do not understand the language. The update app is not all that straight forward to use and there is no option for English subtitles on almost all the series. The old version of the app was still much easier to use because it’s easy to find English subtitled movies and series. I really don’t think they had other English speaking country in mind when the app was updated. It will be nice if the English subtitled option is always available when a series or movie is to be watched. Kindly look into this feature.

No subtitles
Despite the complaints of lack of English subtitles, yet there’s still nothing done about it
Half the series I want to watch doesn’t have any English subtitles and also doesn’t have the “cc” button below. You keep saying you’ll share that with your team but we haven’t seen any results yet. It makes using this app so frustrating enough to quit using it
