Best shopping mall in Africa, no doubt but some things need to be changed and perhaps the platform needs update.
It doesn't make sense whereby shipping fee depends on the number of items ordered even though it is the same product and the same seller. As long as they are not being shipped from overseas, we are not supposed to pay multiple shipping fee for the same product from same seller.
And another thing, customers should be allowed to give review on items bought. We want to know more about the seller and the product before we push the buy button.

You guy are fraud, a faulty Samsung galaxy s10 plus device was given to me, it was not even original, but a locally made Samsung, and when I call back for return, you told me the return policy is due, and I can’t return it again, I call almost all your locations in Lagos, and I later got a hold of one that accepted to exchange the device only if I got to pay an extra 25,250 thousand naira, because he claim there was no warranty on the device I purchased, were in the hell in there no warranty for a brand new Samsung device???? You guys are scam and not to be trusted, check your dealers items before you ship it to your customers, after years of dealing with you guys, I will say you guys have so let me down, I am never buying any item on jumia ever again, even if it is for free, I am not interested, may God judge you guys, and to round the complain up, I am yet to get a call for a reduce or exchange even after I have paid the 25,250 naira, to get a brand new warranty. I am not even sure if that is even legal.

Best online store

Compared to other online stores, I can say this is truly the best though something should be done about the shipping fee, the only option though is to pick up at the pick up stations but yet you still pay for that, and why do you have to put shipping fee for each item someone is buying even if they are from same vendor??
Apart from this I find nothing wrong the app, friendly to use and cheap but quality products too. Another thing is the return and refund of money, it takes too long to always return, I think that should be worked upon cos when you are collecting the money, there doesn’t seem to be any delay but all in all, fantastic
