U guys did not let me to log in to the game I made a mistake and i re-downloaded it but u still did not let me in please I guys should let me play the game please

Sorry you’re having trouble getting back into the app! Jupi doesn’t require an account or login, but if you entered an age under 18 during setup, the app will block access due to our Terms of Service — even if you delete and reinstall.
Unfortunately, we can’t change the age once it’s set, but if you think this happened by mistake, please reach out to us at jupi@jupi.chat and we’ll do our best to help.
