Rude customer care
I called the first phone number I found on the app and the person who picked was very rude,she even hissed on me and hanged up. I called back and complained,asking her why she hissed and I heard a loud laugh from everyone in the background. The branch I called is Akpakpava branch,benin city… how rude
Please teach them good customer care service because I couldn’t even proceed with the order
The app is nice
They deliver the food just that it takes time so I usually place it an hour before I know I’m gonna be hungry. Apart from that, just have a good location, you can’t stay in a bush and expect them to bring it there, they are humans too.
Bad food
The sale and greens were strong, the rice hardly had taste and together, the meal was bad. There was no water in our package. It wasn’t a pleasant experience and this is my first time ordering from you guys. Won’t want to see what happens next in a supposed second time because I’m just disappointed and unsatisfied.
