It’s not so bad

When I discovered Klasha November last
year it didn't have what I needed which was a
virtual card I could use to make and receive
payments for my stock trading broker and
crypto purchases, what I did discover
however is that i could use it as a backup
whenever my bank had issues, I could save
money, make quick payments and by quick i
mean it's faster than any transaction could
be, probably the top most feature I enjoy the
most because I hate delayed transactions. I
hope with time they would be able to make
upgrades to assist with my original purpose
of using the platform so that I can be more
active than I am using Klasha.

Not impressed!

It’s been over a week I downloaded this app and I’ve gotten nothing but unpleasant experiences. Their customer care barely responds, especially one particular agent called Faedat or whatever her name is. You will send a message and while her account shows that she’s active, she won’t even reply. I surely didn’t hesitate to give her a bad review after she had the guts to send me a survey to rate our conversation. I’ve been having difficulties finding my dollar card and I’ve complained to them. It’s been three days and despite telling me they will get back to me within 24 hours, I’ve not heard from them since. I even had to withdraw the money I deposited there for the purpose of funding the dollar card due to personal issues. I’m no so not impressed with this app and I’m highly disappointed and regret downloading it. My main reason for downloading it was to use it to pay for Apple Music subscription since most of the other virtual card services don’t support Apple Music sub. But here I am with deep regrets and disgust about my experience. I will DEFINITELY NOT recommend it.

So much frustration

Special Thanks to that Ubiere, he or she is so good and Calm (I appreciate personally), but I must say that doesn’t change anything this App is too frustrating, my $5 disappeared for over a month the whole Technical team is too lazy Jesus, Now I have $5.64 on a new card I credited I can’t still spend it, how long will I continue to suffer this my money oo, using this App is at your own Risk my dear, if they fail to fix all this petty errors, you will loose more, my friend I invited 2 weeks ago deposited $50 and this amount got missing on his card taking forever to fix it, until they fix all this Bugs and work on Upgrading the whole backend problem before I come back to review, Klasha of 2021 wasn’t like this.
