The app isn’t functioning I placed a trade and now I can’t access the app to adjust my trades. Please do something about it. I’ve lost trades cause of this glitch up to three times.. please don’t make this a fourth..

I recently made a substantial transaction on your platform. I traded a btc with someone in p2p and the person went to make a less payment which we didn’t agreed on and I did a refund back and I have all the proof of the refund and I told him to cancel the order but he doesn’t want to cancel the orders because he’s trying to wicked me I just don’t know why and I did report it to appeal and I dropped all my proof of refund and it’s almost 2days now. My btc is dropping down I believed in your service, and I am at a loss as to why I am currently facing this issue. I attempted to reach out to your support team through the app but I must express my disappointment with the response I received. It felt dismissive and did not provide me with the assistance I required. I kindly request your immediate attention and assistance in resolving this issue. I love trading and investing, and I was excited to engage with your platform, but this has been a distressing experience. My btc is dropping down already? regret transferring my btc to my KuCoin account.

including passing through Security and Identity Verifications. While I successfully completed the security verification by confirming my email address and mobile number, I encountered difficulties during the identity verification process.
Despite following the instructions provided by your system, such as moving my head and opening my mouth, the facial recognition scan repeatedly failed. I am using an iPhone 14 Pro with a high-quality camera, yet the face verification process continues to be unsuccessful. I have attempted this several times over the past days without success.
I also messaged the customer service with reasonable response.
