Pre Authorisation

Good interface and good app in general

Area of improvement is on beneficiary pre Authorisation. I see my pre Authorisation when requested on the app, but I couldn't access for my beneficiary

Unable to access my app

Dear developer,

I have been having trouble logging into the app for use the app doesn’t sign me in after putting in my credentials (email and password) it just remain stagnant.

Please review this.
