I have been paying my loan on time. Never had an overdue. After making the payment you guys will send me sms encouraging someone to borrow more. But the instant I didn’t get to pay on time. Just a day overdue, I started receiving all kind of messages. I was really surprised. Even told those bastard you employed as customer service that I have had a clean record that I’m facing crisis won’t be able to pay up on time. They should understand but they keep calling me and sending all kind of text. Even threatened to arrest and upload my pictures as a criminal. The funny part of it all is I messaged you guys a week before my loan expired both on your live chat and email for an extension because I won’t be able to pay on time. I really regret downloading this app. And what you all are doing is against the law which you can be sued for it, reminding you instead you have forgotten. Rubbish app and Foolish people.

I downloaded this app to borrow money for the first time because of what I saw in their adverts low interest rates and all that and I was only eligible to borrow 15k according to the them, 15k for a month they letter gave me 11k and then something about a week later I started receiving calls that my loan will be due in 4 days !!! I was shocked, then when the day came and passed I didn’t pay there was nothing I didn’t hear from these people, threatening abuses harsh words only a day of violating, on WhatsApp, Mobile calls and texts they were everywhere and on top of that they were adding 500 naira interest every day I even spoke to some them calmly telling them I thought the loan is for a month I wanted adding it to my business money and sending for some things so I can sell and make profits before paying back yet the kept raining insults and adding interests then I told the other guy if I can’t pay the 15k how am I supposed to pay the money u guys are adding to it 500 Don’t ever in ur life borrow money from this app interest rates high, customer service na so so bad mouth Dey get. No pity if I had known I for no try am I haven’t paid the money yet I’m sick, and when I’m well I’ll pay u guys ur 15k the rest of the increase I don’t know what u are going to do about it

Hii there I hope this message meets you well! I borrowed some money from your app earlier this month nd it was due around 10th of this month,but I was unable to pay back the money cause I was out of cash nd not to forget the fact that I am actually a salary earner, paying back in a week is not really comfortable with me nd I’ve tried extending the days I’ll be paying back to month ends but it’s not working.
