Not opening
These days, anytime I want to open the app, it just stays loading and eventually says no connection and I have very much data. Can you please fix it. I don’t like it. It always stays at 25%. I thought it was because it needed update but it was still doing this even after I updated it. Please fix it. Thank you

No extra diamonds
Anytime i click to watch a video to get extra diamonds it doesn’t ever work, and also when i try to watch a video to reduce the ticket time it also doesn’t work but overall i still love this game.

Error
A fantastic game but keeps telling me to log in and after I do the game just crashes I even linked my Facebook but it keeps on happening how can I fix these???
