Ever since the update, this new User Interface has been awful. I can’t change my address, I can click on certain items, accessing cart has become an extreme sport and the app keeps glitching. Please do better

Terrible and Inefficient platform
I had thought once was a mistake, twice I thought maybe the third will be better.
Today’s experience breaks the camels back, I placed an order to get fresh produce for cooking. I even started boiling my rice in expectation of my produce- but tell me why you call at 1:21pm to casually let me know that a major ingredient is not available; an order that was set to arrive max at 1:30pm. Proceeded to cancel my order because I expressed my frustration on how this made me feel on the phone. The issue from last week was casually cancelling my order from Medplus without a tangible reason. Frustrated my efforts to get my refund to my bank account; ended up using it as store credit.
I HATE MY EXPERIENCE ON MANO AND I WON’T RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.
