Login problem
I was having a course there, but the app keeps showing blank. I wrote an email to your company and you advised me to uninstall and install. I did that and it worked for just that day. I haven't been able to log in again. I have written several emails to you and no response, I have tried to forget the password(even though I didn't forget my password) hoping that your company will send me an email on what to do. I haven't gotten any response and it has been over 4 days now. Thanks
Your support system is very very poor. I have been sending emails for days now no response.
