Terrible
At first, it looked good, everything worked fine. Now everything is crap. Connection doesn’t sustain, keeps disconnecting and attempting reconnecting but never really reconnect in the middle of a call. It will sometimes not connect at all. What is more? When it does connect video is poor and audio delayed sometimes by as much as 2minutes. Sadly, I am a premium member and I am subscribed for one year. This problem has been going on for many months and I have contacted the developers countless times, unfortunately, they appears clueless unable to resolve the issue. The only commendation I give to them is that they respond to messages and complaints but are unable to fix it. Lolz! I am sad because I live in Dubai far away from my family in home country but have been unable to have good time with them for many months now because of this garbage. I am definitely not renewing my subscription and I DO NOT recommend.
