I’ve never had a good customer experience with this brand until my encounter with Mayowa over the weekend. He really went above and beyond to ensure my complaint was resolved, I’ve never been that impressed with any customer care representative. The overall customer experience would be a lot better if you had more Mayowas in your employ. Thank you very much Mayowa, I’m grateful for your service.

This is a very frustrating brand to patronize. They can abandon your requests for months on end and have service downtime for months on end. I have waited for my device since July, this is almost the end of August. It has been an unpleasant and painful experience using them as my internet service providers. It is best you buy mobile data than to give your hard earned money to these people. WORST INTERNET SERVICE EVER. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. Any review you see on their platform that has more than two stars is definitely fabricated and most likely a review made by the company.

Fibre one would frustrate your destiny, took almost a month for installation after payment, after payment you have to wait for weeks for activation, been calling everyday for over a week just for them to activate and everyday you call they assure you it would be sorted out and it still wouldn’t get sorted, if you have a problem with network it takes weeks to send an engineer to your place…. They are under staffed and sluggish in response… this silly app is just for payment. I would give zero star if possible

I have been without internet for three weeks despite paying for a four-month subscription. I have complained repeatedly, yet nothing has been done. This is completely unacceptable.Your app is also extremely poorly built — there is no sign-up option, and the “Forgot password” feature does not work and only shows an error.This level of service is frustrating and unprofessional. I expect this issue to be fixed immediately or my subscription properly addressed.
