UNABLE TO ACCESS MY ACCOUNT
Hello Nexo
I got a new device and food months now I can login to my app. When I input my email and password and confirm verification it then pop up ENTER TWO STEP VERIFICATION YOU RECEIVED but not code is sent to me. I did not receive any code through SMS or email. I need this to be rectified because I have coin on my wallet. Help please.

No NIgerian National ID verification
I love the user interface of the Nexo bank wallet, I feel it’s the best but then there is only two options for verification in nexo which is passport and drivers license, most common ID in Nigeria is NIN but you guys didn’t make this available, now I’m Limited to everything on the app and yet I can’t be verified
Please try to include the NIN verification on your next update and make it soon as possible
