Unable to see new messages

Currently having an error whereby I get notified that there is a new message but I can’t see any new messages, I’ve sent multiple emails over the pas month but nothing has been done, how do I get this fixed

I’ve downloaded the app, but there isn’t not WhatsApp option where I can share my link directly to WhatsApp. The only available apps I can share it to are Instagram and Snapchat.

Unable to Post link on WhatsApp!.

I downloaded the app cuz I saw people posting their links on WhatsApp and they getting messages/confessions from their friends…i use an iPhone and the app only allows me to post the link on instagram where I have no followers and I really want to post it on WhatsApp…
Is it because I use an iPhone?…
