This is one of the best Mobile App I have used… Very fast and reliable💙🤍
Customers Journey
Nice interface, however I will suggest if that you get customer in first since regulations say either BVN or NIN and not the both at same time.
I tried opening an account and had to fill everything because there was no option for me to select either BVN or NIN.
So, upon validation and completing everything system brought out an error message that (error) validating my BVN
So, please make option for BVN or NIN and it’s must not be that but for a tier 1 customer
Since they will still have to upgrade the app.
Also, you can make use of in app/ push notification to drive upgrade and features
Well done.
Waited soo long for an App like this!
