Sending funds to the previous account details
Hello octafx.. so I was trying to fund my account so I was given the same bank details without me knowing the account details was different from the previous one I deposited to … so I sent money to the former bank details given to me please how do I go about getting my money?

Calendar/Position size calculator/price notification with sound
So OctaFX has a calendar which is a good thing, but you’ll agree with me that for Octafx to be a complete trading app and beat other broker, it’s pertinent it comes with this duo -a position size calculator embedded in the app and price notification that comes with sound notification on iOS (the current price notification doesn’t come with sound notification). Please please and please fix this! I and my colleagues are currently thinking of switching to another broker because of these deficiencies.

Suspected Fraud with OctaFx -New users be aware
Pls why do I have to provide a valid ID and still expect me to bring my birth certificate to withdraw my funds. You didn’t ask me all these when depositing to ur app. More so, you claim the minimum deposit is 30,000 naira but it’s ridiculous that no trade can be bought with that amount. So why put it there to deposit something that can’t be used.
I want to believe you are just using this medium to scam people on initial deposit since you have made withdraw an Herculean task.
