I love how cheap their data rate is and how user friendly the platform is, you need not go through the stress of finding service, they are on the home page and the fact that you have multiple payment options makes it all good. I hope they work on their fund wallet feature to make it more instantaneous with you fund your wallets. But the overall experience is awesome, best among data app so far, OgieData
Best app
For all data services and other services included and very fast, no complaints from me because their service are top notch and fast. Since I was introduced, I have never had such top quality service.
Very Poor Experience
First time user, I bought 10gb of data that should expire in a month and it expired the next day, even the text I got upon activation says the data expires the next day. I had 9.5Gb of data expired, thinking it was a one time error, I bought another one to rollover and this one also expires tomorrow. I have tried reaching out to them, they are online but refuse to respond or pick my calls. I would download with this data, and I am deleting the app immediately. I wouldn’t recommend this app to anyone, poor customer service and very shady dealings. 👎👎 would have rated below a one star
