How about creating a different app for Okx wallet, since you have banned okx exchange in some part of the country, it would be cool if you create a different app for the wallet, that way we won’t have to open the exchange app and start switching to wallet, just a suggestion though, NTL, the okx exchange and wallet is nice to use!

A friend of mine actually introduced me to this app and I downloaded. It was rather on fortunate that last month she made a payment using my bank account to credit the two parties involved. One party credited her BNB while the other refused. She submitted all proof and evidences as requested but for over a month now nothing has happened. Okex stopped responding to her. Her okex account was deactivated. Despite being the victim of scam, Okex only made matters worse for her. She went as far as writing to okex forfeiting the money based on my instruction, just so she can take what’s left in her account and walk away quietly, Okex is yet to reactivate her account. NB: she contacted Okex through Gmail, Instagram and Twitter and also play store. Nothing came out of it. It’s a tragedy (R)
