Good app, but if one or two can be sorted
Recently, my recent activity is showing at all. If this glitches can be solve quickly
Also Someone can not access pass receipt on the app (I mean even if we can’t open the receipt for money we sent earlier at least it should be able to drop down some important info of the transactions we did (not just be showing half of the name and that’s all).
Kindly rectify receipt closed down once and for all, I can’t be checking my mail to access receipt every time when I’m on app Already
Beware of scam
My initial experience with Paga was great. Fast transactions, friendly customer feedback; everything seemed perfect. However, after some months I started to notice that my total balance reduced. I did not make any transaction, neither was I charged for anything. It wasn’t so clear to me. However, yesterday (Friday, 6 September 2023), I had about 900 NGN left in my Paga digital card. I tried to withdraw the balance cause in my mind I was already tired of the bank. To my greatest dismay, right in my presence, Paga magically deduced money from my card and I was left with 500 NGN (without any explanation), I.e., they stole my money without any trace. I was so disappointed and I quickly withdrew the remaining funds.
It will really be selfish of me not to notify others about this unjustified act from Paga. I strongly advice that if you’ve any money left in this bank, please pull out before you fall victim to this “broad day light robbery”. For new users, please avoid this bank totally. Peace!
Mistakenly deleted my card and they refunded my money on it
kindly assist me with this I complained to their customer service because I had sent money since 25 of December last year and it hadn't appeared in the recipients' accounts. They said they had refunded the money to my card, but I had since deleted the card.

Click the link verify.paga.com and enter your registered phone number and the transaction ID. You will get one of two status updates: Status is [Successful] - Necessary information on the transaction will be on the receipt and can be downloaded. Status is [Failed / Pending] - Please bear with us as we have processes in place that will ensure reconciliation and reversals between 24-72 work hours.
